1.A multi wheeled apparatus adapted for use as a therapeutic tricycle; said apparatus including in part, a specialized lever system permitting optimal rider center of mass positioning; a steering lock out system; embodiments prescribing optimized apparatus dimensions based upon rider weight and to enhance apparatus stability; an improved (self leveling)wheelie bar system;
2. A shock absorbing system; the combination permitting enhanced apparatus stability and abilities to perform a varied array of maneuvers providing exercise, therapeutic, and recreational advantages which particularly benefit disabled children. A method of ( "Spasticity reduction" )exercising tendons and/or heel cords using a specialized adaptive tricycle.

Please understand that most all parents etc. do not normally put a helmet on the children and in this way feel responsible. However, Properly understood, a CPSC (toy ?) regulated helmet does not prevent severe shaking or (concussion) TBI brain injuries from happening at any rate finally, parents are not responsible for a (quasi adapted medicine) Tricycle tipping over on top of any child.
